We will be doing a Patriot Games WOD on Saturday for the 11am WOD.  If you are competing it will be a good idea to come in and do a WOD with your team.  You do not have to be competing at the Patriot Games to do the 11am team WOD on Saturday.  It is just designed to get the teams ready for next Saturday
