    Did the CMC Pit Workout. Thanks Blake and Lorne for the help.

    4 rounds 90 seconds on – 30 second break.
    Max reps:
    Burpees
    KB Swings
    Box Jumps
    Thrusters

    152 total.

    Last time I tried was 144 so nice improvement. Shooting for 160’s on Saturday.
