 In Workouts

If anyone has been thinking about tightening down your diet this might be the thing for you.  There is a nationwide Paleo Challenge starting on September 17th if anyone is interested.  The individual prizes are roughly $1000 in merchandise and if we won as a gym the prize is a $50,000 gym makeover.  Check out their website for more info.

Glad to see a good amount of people are in for this challenge! But if you guys would please read all of the rules on this. There is a lot of them and a lot of restrictions to what you can and cannot eat (the list is on the rules page – near the middle). This isn’t the easiest diet plan to follow so please be 100% dedicated to it so you can get the best results. I am not participating in the challenge bc the paleo diet doesn’t work well for me but Blake and I (along with a few other of our members) have done it very strict in the past and can answer any questions you may have regarding it and also I will post recipes and websites to reference on the nutrition blog to help you all along the way!
