Today we are going to test your endurance. Check out this video on common rowing flaws if you really want to better your rowing stroke.

Just a Reminder that we will be closed on Saturday so we can head to to CrossFit Athletics on the SouthSide to compete in the Summer Showdown. 

Our weekly free class will be held on Sunday at 9 instead of Saturday.

    legs hurting from yesterday but still slow, ran a 10k sub 50 last november
    gonna have to work on the conditioning a little more
