Reminder:  Anyone that signed up for the October 6th Olympic Lifting Seminar with Dan Bell you must pay by this Saturday if you want your spot guaranteed.

   This Saturday afterthe WOD Greg Brown, our resident State Trooper is organizing a party for his F.O.P Lodge.  Tickets are $25 and that gets you all you can eat and drink.  There will be more info at the box if you are interested.

      I want a redo to do the straight runs like the PMers. Al and I could probably shave off a few seconds without plants, rocks, the dark and a turn. Just saying….
