This is definitely the way to making me a happy coach.  Weakness work is essential to becoming a better athlete.  Today during the warmup I would like you to pick a weakness and add it in.

      Gotta love the Make It Count article short, sweet, and so true. I think we can all use this renmedir periodically whether we’re a brand-new Crossfitter or a several year veteran

    20 box jumps.. wtf I did 24 Son of a . lol Well I needed it, and eojnyed every minute of it.. well not really.. I think Im gonna go do Fran for time Still have adrenaline from May qualifier.
